SCOPE OF WORKS

  • We excavated and removed the existing grease trap, measuring 2.25m x 750mm x 2.6m, and responsibly disposed of it off-site.
  • The groundwork involved preparing the base and achieving the appropriate ground level with precise base materials and compaction, setting the foundation for the sewer pit.
  • We supplied and expertly installed a Halgan 2000L inground grease trap, a crucial component of the enhanced wastewater management system.
  • The sewer pit's inlet and outlet were seamlessly connected into the existing pipework, ensuring a streamlined and efficient flow of wastewater.
  • We supplied and installed two 100mm inspection points at the inlet and outlet of the sewer pit, facilitating maintenance and monitoring.
  • The sewer pit was backfilled using approved materials, and the area was meticulously compacted to ensure structural integrity.
  • Two grease trap risers, each at 900mm, were supplied and installed, allowing for easy access and maintenance.
  • We supplied and installed two Class D access lids, providing secure and convenient entry points for inspections and service.
  • A concrete pad was formed up and poured around the access lids and inspection points, enhancing durability and accessibility.
  • After concrete curing, the formwork was stripped, and the project area was thoroughly cleaned, leaving no debris or safety hazards behind.
  • To ensure responsible waste disposal, we supplied a 3m skip bin for the removal of project-related rubbish.
  • A 1.8T Excavator was supplied for the project's duration, aiding in excavation and construction tasks.
