PROJECT INFORMATION

The Ponds Village contacted our team due to multiple leaks on the main water service on site our team was instructed to complete a full replacement of the water main including new main isolation valve replacements.

SCOPE OF WORKS

  • Supplied of mechanical excavation for entire project including removal and tipping of excess dirt (15-20T)
  • Supplied and installed 150m x 90mm HDPE PN16 water main
  • Supplied and installed 100m x 63mm HDPE PN16 water main
  • Supplied and installed 50m x 50mm HDPE PN16 water main
  • Supplied and installed 50m x 32mm HDPE PN16 water main
  • Supplied and installed 2 x 90mm HDPE main valves for each street
  • Supplied and installed 24 x 32mm HDPE main path valves for each ILU
  • Supplied and installed 2 x 100mm Ductile Iron Valves
  • Supplied AS-Build Drawing on completion
  • Supplied 4 x Certificate of compliances for each service
  • Supplied skip bins for concrete removal & Rubbish
  • Supplied and installed all appropriate backfilling materials (Sydney Sand)
  • Supplied and installed all appropriate backfilling identification tape
  • Test and commission potable water services as per Australian Standard
