Site Preparation

- Provide portable amenities for the duration of the works to support on-site personnel.
Excavation and Concrete Removal
- Float a 5T excavator to the site for heavy-duty excavation.
- Perform concrete cutting around the booster set and within the pump house.
- Remove and dispose of concrete debris to clear the area for pipework installation.
Excavation for Pipework
- Utilize the excavator and non-destructive digging (NDD) techniques to excavate both the intake and outlet areas from the pump set (inside 180mm HDPE and outlet 150mm blue brute).
- Install benching and shoring to support the excavation due to the 3.5m depth of the excavated area.

- Ensure the new lines are securely installed, incorporating a trace line for future maintenance and backfilling with sand.
- Complete the final 300mm layer using garden mix to maintain site aesthetics.
Site Restoration
- Reinstate concrete around the booster set and within the pump house, including SL82 mesh and dowel bars for structural integrity.
- Restore garden mulch to the flower beds and remove all associated rubbish to leave the site clean and presentable.
