PROJECT
Anglicare
Hot Water Replacement Works
Glenhaven, NSW
$250,000
PROJECT INFORMATION
JetBlack Plumbers undertook a significant project in Glenhaven to replace the existing electric hot water systems with new, energy-efficient Rheem Solar LL 325L 3.6kW units. This stage of the project involved the installation of 40 solar hot water systems, complete with all necessary components and safety measures.
By upgrading to solar hot water, Anglicare is estimated to achieve annual cost savings of up to 20% on energy bills, contributing to substantial long-term savings. Additionally, the project demonstrates an impressive payback period of approximately 5 years, ensuring a return on investment through reduced operating costs.
Our team provided comprehensive safety management plans and completed the project on time and within budget, ensuring minimal disruption to residents while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction throughout.
