DELIVERY
The JetBlack team attended site and followed all Anglicare access protocols, including sign-in and SWMS acknowledgement via the Anglicare app. After conducting a Job Safety Analysis (JSA), an exclusion zone was established to maintain a safe work environment throughout the project.
Old hot water units and pumps were safely removed from the plant room, and new units were lifted into place. The installation included dual circulator pumps, booster pumps, storage tanks, and protective enclosures. Once installed, the system was powered, tested, and commissioned to ensure full functionality.
A key value delivered on this project was JetBlack Plumbers' ability to complete the works with minimal disruption to residents and staff in a live aged care environment. The team’s extensive experience with essential plumbing services upgrades in operational facilities ensured clear communication with stakeholders, strict compliance with WHS procedures, and a smooth transition to the new system.
The team confirmed the successful restoration of hot water plumbing services and updated the site contact before demobilising. A detailed clean-up followed, including appropriate handling of old materials.
